刚好454分的申请人，需要在2020年7月27日之前进入池子。
我们认为单捞的分数已经不会下降（除非从一个月邀请一次改回两周邀请一次），分数较低的经验类申请人需要想办法提高分数。

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
