6月6日起快速通道要引入法語加分和兄弟姐妹加分，所以我們認為上次只邀請省提名和技工移民會是分數修改之前的最後一次，沒想到時隔5天又來了一次常規的邀請。
5月31日第65次邀請分數413分，邀請3877人，不限職業和類別。
這次邀請創下了常規邀請（聯邦技術移民和加拿大經驗類移民項目）分數的新低。在這樣的邀請力度下，分數也沒有降幾分，我們認為410左右很可能是邀請分數線的底部了，沒有這個分數的同學要麼朝着這個分數努力，要麼建議考慮省提名移民項目。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on May 31, 2017, and ending on June 1, 2017, is 3,877.
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on May 31, 2017, at 12:13:35 UTC, have been assigned a total of 413 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
